Comments: Fruit: size medium, 45-70 mm; skin green ground, 10-30% dull pink stripe, russet cracks, sunburn, unattractive; shape round-oblate; flesh firm, spongy, cream-colored; flavor acid astringent; eating quality very poor; harvest season late September, 2 weeks before Delicious. Tree: medium productive; strongly biennial; Triploid (Proc.ASHS 82:56. 1963) fruits drop as they ripen. Cider apple. R.D.Way, 1992. (P.I. received 1949 from Research Station, Long Ashton, Bristol, England)
