Narrative
Adapted to the hay-producing areas of the central U.S. Dark green foliage. Variegated flower color. Favorable yields in Illinois and Missouri, acceptable seed yields in California. Later fall dormancy than Vernal. Similar reaction to leafhopper yellowing and foliar diseases as Vernal.
