Locality: Collected in Patzcuaro in the southern part of the city from the garden of Senor Salvador Ponce. Nuts were collected from tree #1. Trees were near Calle Pedro Antone O'Diberra. These trees were seedlings.
Elevation: 2164m.

Narrative
The trees that original nuts were collected from had much bacterial blight, were about 10 to 12 inches in diameter and about 25 feet tall. Evaluation data from A. Almehdi, 10-6-87. Shallow ridge shell texture; light shell color; 2.7cm nut length; 3.0cm nut width; round shape; light kernel color; 0.4cm shell thickness.
