Locality: Sycamore Canyon Wilderness, Kaibab National Forest. Approximately 18.6 miles southwest of Flagstaff. Northern portion of the canyon; downslope of Kelsey Springs Rim Trail. T20N R4E SW 1/4 Sec. 26 and NW 1/4 Sec. 35.

Environment description: Cliffs and steep slopes above canyon, occuring mostly in patches in the midslope.
Number of plants sampled: 13
Associated species: Fallugia paradoxa, Fraxinus anomala, Juniperus deppeana, Juniperus sp., Opuntia sp., Pinus strobiformis, Pseudotsuga menziesii and Yucca sp.
Aspect: West;
Slope: 45
Comment: This population spans both sides of the canyon on either side of Sycamore Creek; trees sampled were only on east side of canyon. Coordinates provided refer to the first plant sampled; coordinates for other specimens may be provided upon request.
