Donation on 20240725 contained 1 seed packet.

Donor Narrative: Seeds from an ex-situ maintenance grow using seeds originally collected from feral populations in Jambyl, Kazakhstan (Latitude: 44° N) Harvested early to late August. Aroma: Intensely pungent and sweet, fruit, melon. Characteristics: Very early maturing to day-neutral ('autoflowering'). New 2023 seeds from an ex-situ maintenance grow. Best frozen before attempting germination (vernalized). Very early finish, likely drug plant ancestry, and adaptation to drought conditions give it excellent potential for use in breeding projects. Seeds of wild-type Cannabis exhibit slow and uneven germination. [Donor describes this accession as a wild-type; see:] REMARKS
