Comment: At time of collection (17 April 2024) specimen was in peak flower compared to observations one year prior, where the same specimen was in peak flower on 7 May 2023 (Widrlechner, M., personal communication). Local Prunus americana also at or near peak flower on 17 April 2024. Suspected that only one genet was sampled, but specimen sampled was covering a 20 yard x 20 yard area with all stems considered phenologically in sync.
