Environment description: High quality calcareous cliff; trees growing on northeast slope below calcareous rock outcrop finger. Slope: 30%. Aspect: Northeast.
Number of plants sampled: 2
Associated species: Celtis tenuifolia; Viburnum rafinesqueanum; Euonymus obovatus; Fraxinus quadrangulata; Ptelea trifoliata; Phlox bifida; Carex eburnea.
Comment: Three to five small trees present; collected from two trees within reach from the cliff above. This is also an introduction site for Paxistima canbyi.
