Full name as recorded at U.S. National Arboretum: Hydrangea macrophylla (seedling selection). G1203-02 = [G0600A (H. macrophylla 'Zaunkoenig') x G0889 (H. macrophylla 'Princess Juliana')]. Pollination ID 2008-60. Compact plant with thick, dark-green, glossy foliage. Mophead inflorescences; flowers pink to dark pink. Cercospora resistant. Seedling raised 2009. [One plant, raised from a rooted cutting, is in preparation to be sent to USNA in Nov. 2016]
