U.S. National Arboretum selection, NA 82392; parentage: 5278-E x 5277-E: (V. utile x V. macrocephalum f. keteleeri) x (V. ‘Eskimo’ x V. macrocephalum f. keteleeri). Cross (2-99 seedling code) made in 1999 by Ruth Dix and Sue Greeley; selected in 2007 by Dave Kidwell-Slak and Margaret Pooler. As of 4/17/2025, this selection is in preparation for potential release as a new cultivar, and was assigned PI number 707935.
