U.S. National Arboretum
Narrative
Full name as recorded at U.S. National Arboretum: Buxus balearica. Cutting-grown from plants Woodlanders brought from Williamsburg, VA years ago. These were part of the boxwood collection at the College of William and Mary that had been assembled by the late Dr. J. T. Baldwin. This accession was tested in USNA DNA study and appears to be correctly identified as B. balearica.
