Habitat: Wild Habitat
Environment description: In rock cove on southeast-facing rock face, 2 m above high tide line, fully exposed to ocean, at sea level.
Comment: Scapose perennial herb, scape to 50 cm tall, leaves very glossy, light or medium or yellow-green above, with sheen beneath; flowers mostly past, pale purple, nearly white on tube; capsules glossy green, to 25 mm long, 5 mm thick. Dwarf and large forms together at this site.
