Narrative
Stem is 1 to 2 ft tall with short tomentose. Leaves are basal and petiolate with a sagittate shape, ranging from green to silvery white. Adaxial face is soft fine hairs, while the abaxial face is finely strigose. Inflorescence has 1-3 heads that are lance-oblong to ovate. Ray(8-25 leaves) and disk flowers are yellow. Fruit is a glabrous achene with no pappus.
