Narrative
Annual and finely haired with stem having proximal internodes, with primary axis non-dominant making it mound-like. Leaves are oblanceolate to linear, minutely pubescent, green with a little purple in the abaxial. Flowers have unequal lobes, with magenta to purple corollas and a tube throat with 2 yellow folds on the throat floor, surrounded with dots of deeper magenta. Seeds tiny and light brown to red in color.
