Narrative
Bulbs 12-25 mm in diameter, ovate with brownish outer coat. Stems 15-70 cm, erect, glabrous. Leaves 10-40 cm, 4-10 mm wide, scabrous-ciliate. Inflorescences generally in a raceme, 5-25 cm in length. Flowers bisexual and stamens longer than petals, perianth 4-6 mm, ovate to obtuse, white to cream colored.
