Narrative
Flowers are cream to yellow in color and are in rounded clusters. Erect flower stems. Grows in sagebrush steppe in low to mid elevations. Shrub grows 1 - 2 ft across. Woolly leaves are 1 - 4 cm long and form basal rosettes around the woody stem.
