Locality: Just east of the city of Flagstaff, in the Coconino National Forest. South of O’Neill Crater, at the end of O’Neill Lane. At the base of the slope and up about 50 ft on the incline.

Environment description: Plants scattered very widely on a S-SW-facing slope in black powdery soil and rocks in a grassland. Population size of about 50 plants.
