Environment description: Open, alpine coniferous forest; open [full sun].

Aspect: ; Slope: 35 Degrees
Comment: Single-trunked, conical tree (height 4.5 m, spread 5 m, DBH 40.5 cm) with main leader dead at 2.2 m; southern scaffolding branch has become leader; bark gray and purple beneath, plated; leaves in bundles of 5, deep green to yellow-green, with piney scent; cone cylindrical, with tip reflexed, green, turning brown.
