Comment: Upright, irregularly spreading shrub. Height 3 m, spread 2 m, DBH 5 cm. Bark tan, with lenticels. Leaves simple, to 10 cm long and 5 cm wide. Fruit: capsule axillary, green, to 4 cm long and 0.6 cm wide.
