Comment: Medium-sized multi-stemmed sparsely to densely branched shrub. Height 3 m, spread 1 m, DBH 6 cm. Bark smooth, tan. Leaves to 7.5 cm long, 3 cm wide, oblong to elliptic, with acuminate tip, glossy green above, light-colored beneath, glabrous. Fruit: capsule dry, dehiscent, to 1.25 cm long and 0.4 cm wide.
