Environment description: Small ridge above lake created by a dam, along beat up road; organic duff layer over mineral soil, somewhat gravelly.

Aspect:
Comment: Five total trees seen; collected from the only two with cones (one large and one small); large tree broadly conical, small one growing on a rock above a dumped and abandoned vehicle. Height 15 m, DBH 69 cm [presumably for the larger tree]. Bark platey, dark brown. Needles 1.5 to 2 cm; dark green above, white below. Cones green, 2 to 3 cm, ovoid.
