Environment description: Sandy prairie remnant.

Associated species: Euphorbia corollata, Lespedeza capitata, Amorpha canescens, Liatris aspera, Chamaecrista fasciculata, Schizachyrium scoparium, Hesperostipa spartea, and Solidago nemoralis
Aspect: West
Comment: Noted approximately 75 specimens mostly localized in western portion of preserve. Seeds sampled right at peak maturity (14 August).

Comment: Two localized patches in the private portion of the prairie, each containing approximately 50 to 75 specimens. Sampled just after seeds began to disperse. Coordinates for this area may be provided upon request.
