Locality: Choctaw Wildlife Management Area, Tombigbee National Forest. Southeast corner of the population is 6.25 miles north of Louisville. Along Noxubee Hills Trail loop, near Sheep Ranch Road and Noxubee Hill Road. Winston and Choctaw Counties.

Environment description: Wooded hillsides and riverbanks.
Number of plants sampled: 20
Comment: A widely scattered population throughout the area. Four small, disjunct groups were identified, each approximately 1 mile apart. In total, an estimated 50 genotypes were observed. Collections made from 20 distinct plants across an area spanning latitude 33.212321 deg. N to 33.271767 deg. N and longitude 89.070352 deg. W to 89.143170 deg. W. The GPS coordinates provided refer to NA 86209.01/acc. 27, the first plant sampled in the population. GPS coordinates for each sampled plant are available upon request.
