Native. Some plants did not seem to have the bracts of Daucus carota halophylus; on the other hand, in the same plant, some had more species characteristics umbels a....(comment incomplete in donor records). Perennates, carries through from one season to another in coastal sand dunes, escarpments, and planteaus in saline rich soils; flowers March to June.
