S11-20124C has a relative maturity of 5.1. It has a semi-determinate growth habit and measures about 91.4 centimeters tall at maturity. The plants of S11-20124C have white flower color, tawny pubescence and tan pod walls at maturity. Seeds of S11-20124C have black hila, yellow cotyledon, and intermediate seed luster. It weighs 13.3g per 100 seeds, and seeds have a composition of 416 g kg-1 of protein and 245 g kg-1 of oil. S11-20124C is moderately resistant to soybean cyst nematode [Heterodera glycines lchinohe] races 1, 2, 3, 5 (HG Type 2.5.7, Type 1.2.5.7, Type 7, and Type 2.5.7, respectively), and 14 (HG Type 1.3.6.7), resistant to southern root-knot nematode [Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid & White) Chitwood] and sudden death syndrome [Fusarium virguliforme O'Donell & T. Aoki]. In the field screening tests conducted at the University of Missouri - Fisher Delta Research Center Soybean Breeding program, S11-20124C is resistant to frogeye leaf spot [Cercospora sojina Hara], reniform nematode [Rotylenchulus reniformis Linford & Oliveira], and tolerant to phytophtora root rot [Phytophthora sojae M.J.Kaufmann & J.W.Gerdemann]. It has good tolerance to salinity and is a chloride excluder.

Description:
S11-20124C is derived from the cross "S05-11482" x "S06-4649RR". S05-11482 is an early determinate group V (RM 5.2) conventional cultivar. S06-4649RR is a tall determinate group V early (RM 5.2) Roundup Ready cultivar. Both cultivars were developed and released by the University of Missouri - Fisher Delta Research Center. They have broad resistance to diseases and excellent yield potential.
