Locality: Collected off the roadside of Hwy 22, approx. 10 miles south of the junction of hwy 22 and hwy 130.

Environment description: Valley bottom roadside with a mix of conifer trees as dominant species (most likely planted), deciduous trees, as well as shrubby understory. Additional shrub and grass species including invasives such as Rubus armeniacus. Slight slopes, 0-5 degrees. Basalt derived clay soil.

Associated species: Pseudotsuga menziesii, Tsuga heterophylla, Frangula purshiana, Fraxinus latifolia, Prunus emarginata, Oemleria cerasiformis
Comment: Alternate simple leaves regularly toothed on top half of leaf. White flowers with thin petals and numerous stamens, occurring in leafy clusters. The fruit ripens to a dark blue-black color in a berry-like pome. Population size estimated to be 75 plants. Collected by Miller, M.
