Environment description: Collection site is a roadside with 20-30% slope, eastern aspect, clay loam soil with pebbly surface. Site is from mid-slope to bottom of ridge. Site is lightly grazed. Site is in Omernik Ecoregion, Level IV- High Desert Wetlands(80e).
Number of plants sampled: 20
Associated species: Wild rose, dalmation toadflax, whitetop (Lepidium draba), rye, Bromus tectorum.
Comment: Original seed collected in 2006 from 20 plants as individuals(10-230 seed per plant, 1660 seed total). Seed was started in 2007 for molecular marker work. The 35 surviving seedlings were saved for regeneration and tranplanted to the field in spring 2009.
