Environment description: Collection site has 30-40% slope, southern aspect, loam soil with pebbly surface, and is well drained. Site is from the toeslope to ridge top. Site is in Omernik Ecoregion, Level IV- Foothill Shrublands-Grasslands(16f).
Number of plants sampled: 15
Associated species: Lithogragma sp., Poa pratensis, Poa bulbosa, Ribes cereum, Achillea millifolium, Crepis sp., Phacelia hastata, buttercup species, Iris sp., and Amsekia sp.
Comment: Original seed collected in 2006 from 15 plants as individuals(50-200 seed per plant, 1732 seed total). Seed was started in 2007 for molecular marker work. The 42 surviving seedlings were saved for regeneration and tranplanted to the field in spring 2009.
