Environment description: Collection site is in Omernik Ecoregion Level IV- Foothill Shrubland-Grasslands(16f).
Number of plants sampled: 20
Associated species: Artemisia tridentata, Bromus tectorum, Elymus elymoides.
Comment: Original seed collected in 2006 from 20 plants as individuals(1-80 seed per plant, 412 seed total). Seed was started in 2007 for molecular marker work. The 39 surviving seedlings were saved for regeneration and tranplanted to the field in spring 2009.
