Comment: DESCRIPTION: Rhizomatous perennial, forming a ground cover. Lvs. lustrous green above, lighter beneath. Fruit pure white, nearly globose.; SUB-COUNTRY GEO 2: Hokkaido Prefecture; SUB-COUNTRY GEO 3: Abashiri-shi; COLLECTOR'S NUMBER: JH-66-82; MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION ABOUT WILD COLLECTION: Rarely fruiting among the wild populations observed. Cuttings taken from several plants. Herb. spec. 18995.;
