Environment description: High-quality deciduous woods.

Associated species: Growing in association with Cercis canadensis, Acer saccharum, Viburnum rufidulum, Ligustrum obtusifolium, Viburnum prunifolium, Carya ovata, and Quercus sp.
Comment: Majority of specimens showing signs of damage due to thin canopy (50% or less) and minimal (less than 2" (average)) annual growth. Numerous specimens approaching 100' in height. Evidence of Ash Bark Beetle on Fraxinus quadrangulata was found.
