Environment description: Deciduous woods, rather steep (45 degree) slopes mostly southeast or southwest facing or found on ridge top.
Number of plants sampled: 4
Associated species: Growing in association with Ostrya virginiana, Fraxinus americana, Quercus alba, Quercus muehlenbergii, Cornus sp., Carya sp., and Cercis canadensis.
Comment: Extremely localized population encompasing only 1-2 acres. Species not noted elsewhere throughout area.
