Environment description: Mixed wooded deciduous forest, generally steep (45 degree +) slopes and/or hillsides.
Number of plants sampled: 11
Associated species: Growing in association with Cercis canadensis, Morus alba, Acer negundo, Aesculus sp., Fraxinus americana, and Quercus muehlenbergii, and Celtis occidentalis.
Comment: Scattered specimens and rather abundant throughout area. Heavy seed production (2017).
