Narrative
Snow Camp Botanical Area, Curry County, OR, Forest Service Road 1326, N 42.21.505, W 124.09.897, 1193 m (Garmin etrex 30x GPS); approx. 3 Km from Snow Camp Lookout. South facing, rocky slope; with manzanita, lupine, grasses, Lathyrus, rose, Douglas-fir, coffeeberry, red huckleberry (ripe fruit). Plants sprawling, clumping, canes about 3 m long; fruit in early stages of ripening, a few fruit collected. Potentially highest elevation for this species at this location.Fruit collected from a second population at 1145 m elevation (bag JK-2017-1b).
