Locality: Kane County, on Hwy 89, N from milemarker 87.1, 0.1 miles N of Orderville sign (where Hwy becomes 2 lanes), along steep road-cuts, but more easily accessible plants behind E side (N-bound) road along a utilities road. Some plants also found behind W roadcuts. DASE seed also collected between Hwy and landfill to the NE. T40S R7W Sec34-NE

Environment description: Gravelly soils. Pinyon, juniper, Indian ricegrass, Yucca, cactus, Poa, squirreltail, sagebrush, Ephedra, globemallow.
Number of plants sampled: 100
Comment: Latitude and longitude averaged between two nearby locations and does not indiciate the exact north and south ends of the zone where germplasm was collected. Coordinates for each location may be provided upon request. A minimum of 100 plants were sampled per accession when collected.
