Locality: Houston County, Alabama. Approximately 0.08 mile south of Houston County Hwy. 55 (State Line Road), at a point 0.46 mile west of Rambo Mill Road. Along the edge of a private dirt road through a Slash Pine (Pinus elliottii Engelmann)/Live Oak (Quercus virginiana Miller) forest. Mesic/dry disturbed sandy soil in partial sun.
