Narrative
BTx623 seed treated with 45mM EMS to M0 plants self-fertilized to produce M1 seed. M1 seed planted and one plant per plot selfed to produce M2 seed. M2 seed planted and five plants per plot selfed to produce M3 seed, harvested individually. M3 seed from one head planted and ten plants selfed per plot to produce M4 seed, harvested individually. Self-fertilized derivatives of EMS mutagenized seed treated in Summer 2009. Where the Accession Plot name is indicated as WL14 seed are M4 generation and where Accession Plot name is indicated as WL13 seed are M3 generation, provided there were insufficient M4 seed.
