Locality: At junction of Hwy 50 and NV Hwy 376 (12 miles E of Austin), travel 15.7 miles S, then at Kingston (between mile-marker 2-3) go W through town and up canyon 7.9 miles, (0.7 miles above Kingston Reservoir) to trailhead parking. NW facing 55° slope across road, up hill with large rock. Plants made high along uphill ridge, and over SW side, below second set of rocks from top. Sagebrush, snowberry, juniper, Poa, Penstemon, bitterbrush, lupine. T16N R43E Sec17.
