Sample area covered approximately 7.5 acres. One small disjunct population (6.5 sq meters) is located approximately 2.5 miles NE of this site along the eastern edge of FR143. More Vaccinium macrocarpon populations may exist outside of this sample area within the surrounding wetland complex, but time constraints prevented further assessment. USFS Land Management designation is 3.0, Even-aged Management.
