Comment: Evergreen, multi-stemmed shrub with irregular outline; plants about 2 meters tall and about 3 meters wide; some leaves turning red., Growing in full sun of granite outcrops in depressions (solution pits) where organic litter has accumulated; extremely thin growing medium; plants under severe conditions.
