Narrative
Main fruit ripening season is second week in June. The plants had only a few dried druplets at the end of June. A rust disease was observed on plants throughout the canyon. The effect of herbicide was observed on some young leaves. Some cold damage/dieback was observed on some of the plants in exposed areas. (There was a cold event during the previous first week in December 2013.) Plants grew to 2 meters. Bark on older stems was exfoliating and light brown in color. This plant has no prickles.
