Environment description: Growing in very open, sunny, dry, gravelly soils along path just below the end of the valley.,
Comment: Wild-collected from several plants. Herbaceous perennial w/ thick leathery ascending leaves, 25 to 45cm tall. Leaves are opposite along flowering stalk. Each leaf to 12cm long w/ 5-9 lobes. Clusters of fruit w/ hair-like appendages are borne terminally. 5 herbarium specimens collected.
