Habitat: Wild Habitat
Environment description: The habitat is very wet, fen/marshy areas seperated by higher forested areas. Malus fusca inhabits the edge of these marshes. Few fruits were found. Associated species include Alnus rubra, Gaultheria shallon, Pinus contorta, Salix scouleriana, Spiraea douglassii and vaccinium ovatum amoung others.
