Locality: Approximately 9 miles east-northeast of Belle Fourche, southeast edge of Belle Fourche Reservoir (Orman Dam), Butte County.
Coordinates: 44.6950, -103.6754 (Map it)
Environment description: Drying pond at reservoir edge. Associated with Eleocharis, Heliotropium curvassicum, Polygonum, Populus deltoides, and Xanthium strumarium.
Comment: Several hundred plants found along with approximately 50 flowering specimens. Large soil collection made containing seeds.
