Environment description: Bluffs of Loess Hills. Slope generally 30-40%, variation in aspect. Elevation ranged between 323 and 379 meters.
Number of plants sampled: 10
Associated species: Celtis occidentalis, Juglans nigra, Juniperus virginiana, Populus deltoides, Quercus, Ribes, Rubus, and Symphoricarpos orbiculatus.
Comment: Scattered specimens throughout bluffs. Longest distance between two seed samples was 4.3 miles (6920 meters). Average distance between samples was 1050 meters. Area sampled covers 3800 square meters. Latitude, longitude, and elevation averaged between all specimens sampled. Coordinates for each mother tree may be provided upon request.
