Locality: Wyoming County. South side of Susquehanna River just west of bridge in Tunkhannock.
Coordinates: 41.5339, -75.9511 (Map it)
Environment description: Andropogon occurs in cracks of bedrock outcrop jutting into the river where small mounts of soil have built up. Otherwise, bedrock is flat and practically devoid of any other vegetation. Other cracks and in places in low areas are also filled with herbaceous vegetation.
