Locality: Chemung County. Power line cut north east of Mark Twain Golf Course.
Coordinates: 42.0922, -76.8422 (Map it)
Environment description: Cuts through an oak-hickory forest. Right of way is shrub dominated with large herbaceous dominant areas. Plants are southern in affinity and quite interesting. Growing also are Solidago ulmifolia, Eupatorium sessilifolium, Desmodium rotundifolium, Allium cernuum.
Comment: Plant seem native - right associated plants, no sign of planting, plants not dense or wide-spread. GAZETTEER: P. 45, D7
