Locality: Rensselaer County. Follow road south of Hoosic River going west from Route 40. Road eventually crosses Hoosic. Plants were collected between bridge area to the north on east side of river.
Coordinates: 42.8981, -73.6003 (Map it)
Environment description: Plants avoid scoured area and also get into adjacent floodplain forest. River is damned upstream and clearly has large flow at times. Growing in association are Panicum virgatum, Sorghastrum nutans, Symphyotrichum lanceolatum, Xanthium, Desmodium canadense. Heliopsis; clearly native.
