Narrative
This is a selection of RSD 1996010. Of 50 seeds of RSD 1996010, 42 germinated. Analysis with ISSR markers in laboratory of ML Roose (1999) indicated that seedlings were all unique and therefore zygotic. Retained 15 seedlings. (RR Krueger, 01/18/2010)

On 01/08/2009, two seedlings were selected and propagated for maintenance under protection: RRUT 416 and RRUT 421. The remainder of the seedlings will be maintained for the time being. RRUT 416 was propagated from a tree that had pyriform, pink-fleshed fruit. (RR Krueger, 02/27/2010)
