Locality: Adigeni district between village of Sholaveri and Varkhani. Meskheti province.
Coordinates: 41.4012, 42.4302 (Map it)
Elevation: 1181m.
Habitat: Wild Habitat
Environment description: Dry open palce with pyrus salicifolia, P. communis subsp. caucasica, Crataegus oriantalis, C. monogyna, Rosa sp., Astragalus microcephalus, Poa pratensis, Phleum phleoides.
Number of plants sampled: 1
Comment: 5-7 m tall tree. Young branches brown, densely pubescent. Leaves 3-8cm long, ovate-lanceolate, oblong elliptical or almost round. Fruit rounded pome (large) 3-4cm in diameter. Only one tree with large fruits, about two times larger than other wild apples (M. orientalis) fruits. On the tree were only a few fruits.
