Narrative
Plants 1.5 meters tall. Curator comment: original seed sample a mixture of two species - one umbel not like rest; attempted to separate. Sample 1 (will retain Ames 30197) has smaller dimorphic seeds - spined and bristled, yellow/golden colored. (Bristled seed primarily in center of umbelluels. Sample 2 had larger seeds and was assigned Ames 30474 to be maintained as Daucus muricatus.
